Billing groups help you organize usage by project, environment, or team. Use groups when you need separate tracking for production, staging, customer projects, or internal teams.
  • Create one group per cost center or application.
  • Assign API Keys to the group that owns the traffic.
  • Review usage logs before changing a production group’s settings.
  • Keep a default group for experiments and short-lived tests.
